  • Payment information — payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or financial account details on our servers.
  • Enquiry information — any details you provide via the contact form on our FAQ page.
  • Usage data — anonymised analytics data collected via Google Analytics (page views, session duration, referral source). No personally identifiable information is included.

How we use your information

  • To process and manage your booking
  • To send booking confirmations and pre-arrival information
  • To respond to enquiries and support requests
  • To improve our website and services using aggregated analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Airbnb / Booking.com / Stayz — if you book through one of these platforms, your information is also subject to that platform's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Netlify — website hosting and form submissions. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain booking and guest records for up to 7 years to comply with Australian tax and financial record-keeping obligations. Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 12 months.
